Our sophisticated Voicemail Service is like having your own personal assistant. It can record up to 30 messages, each up to 3 minutes long, and will keep them for up to 21 days. There's no cost to you when people deposit messages, and collection is just 8p per minute! There is NO charge to set up your Voicemail Service.

REPLACEMENT PHONE SERVICE

Our replacement phone service offers complete peace of mind at a remarkably low price. It protects you in the event of your phone being lost, damaged, stolen or faulty and costs just £3 per month. A replacement phone will be provided within 24 hrs of notifying our Customer Care Team, subject to an administration charge of £15 in respect of each and every claim. Remember, a new mobile phone and SIMM card would be approximately £100.00.

SIMM ONLY PACK

Customers with Orange and One2One handsets are now able to take advantage of our great Mobile plus service without having to change their handset by purchasing a SIMM ONLY pack from Telecom plus. You may even choose to keep your existing number by transferring to to Mobile plus (see NUMBER PORTABILITY). The cost of this service is just £25.00 Inc. VAT. and includes £25.00 of FREE calls. If you decide to take up the SIMM Only Pack you immediately benefit from our lowest monthly line rental of just £5.99 per month.

MOBILE NUMBER PORTABILITY

Existing mobile phone users can now take advantage of our great Mobile plus service and keep their current mobile telephone number by having it transferred to Mobile plus. Telecom plus does NOT charge for the transfer of your number. However, your current provider may charge up to £35.00 for releasing the number.

The longer you keep your phone, the cheaper it becomes. After 1 year the monthly line rental drops to just £7.99/month, and after 2 years it drops to only £5.99/month!!!!! This will save you an EXTRA £48.00 per year in addition to the savings below!

Now you no longer have to commit to a long-term contract or a high fixed monthly charged to benefit from the lowest weekday call prices available!

And there's no need to worry about wasting inclusive call minutes you've paid for with other peoples bundled tariffs! With Mobile plus you pay for the time you talk!

The minimum annual savings shown below assume you are always on the cheapest available competitor's tariff. In practice, you will save MORE than this because some months you would probably be on the wrong tariff and paying more than you need to.

The savings above are based on the average of the cheapest competitive tariff offered by orange, Cellnet, Vodaphone and One-2-One (excluding Pre-Pay) assuming a typical customer usage profile with 85% of the minutes used during normal business hours, and ignore local call options and the cost of using voicemail (or equivalent) available on certain tariffs.

Prices for other types of calls are available on request. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Calls are charged per second and subject to a minimum call charge of 5p.

Up to 10% Extra Discount for High Users!

Make 200 minutes of chargeable calls in any one month and you'll automatically receive a discount of 5% on all the calls you've made during that month. Use 500 minutes and your discount will rise to 10%.
